Terms of Use

1. The Service

Pricora is a price intelligence tool for hospitality establishments in Spain. The service provides:

• Price recommendations based on local market data
• Ingredient and margin analysis
• Guidance information on allergens
• Menu export in multiple languages

2. Plans and Pricing

Prices include VAT. Billing is monthly or annual (with discount). You can cancel at any time — access continues until the end of the billed period.

3. Account and Access

• You must provide accurate information when registering
• The establishment's tax ID (NIF/CIF) must be valid and correspond to a real business
• You are responsible for keeping your password confidential
• A Free account is limited to one (1) establishment per tax ID
• You may not share your account with unauthorized third parties

4. Acceptable Use

It is prohibited to:

• Use the service for illegal activities
• Attempt to access other users' data
• Perform scraping or mass data extraction
• Use the service to compete directly with Pricora
• Provide false tax IDs or those of third parties without authorization
• Create multiple accounts to bypass free plan limits

5. Limitation of Liability on Allergens

The establishment's operator has a legal obligation to:

• Verify allergens against supplier documentation
• Maintain up-to-date technical sheets for each dish
• Correctly inform customers under Regulation (EU) No 1169/2011

Pricora is not responsible for penalties, damages or losses arising from incorrect allergen information.

6. Intellectual Property

• The Pricora software, design and brand are the property of Coincasa Ltd
• Data you enter (dish names, costs) remains your property
• Aggregated market data is the property of Pricora
• You may export your own data at any time

7. Service Availability

We commit to maintaining 99.5% monthly uptime. For planned maintenance, we will notify at least 24h in advance. Emergency incidents will be communicated as soon as possible.

8. Cancellation and Termination

• You can cancel your subscription at any time from Settings
• There are no penalties for early cancellation
• After cancellation, you can export your data for 30 days
• After 30 days, data is permanently deleted

9. Modifications

We may modify these terms with 30 days' notice by email. If you disagree with the changes, you may cancel your account before the effective date.

10. Governing Law

These terms are governed by Spanish law. For any dispute, the parties submit to the courts of Madrid, without prejudice to consumer rights under Spanish and European legislation.
